Knotless braids with boho pieces coming out, 2 bundles of curls included. Choose from Deep Curly, Deep Wave, Water Wave, Loose Wave, Body Wave, Loose Deep Wave or Pixie Curly.
Cancellation Policy
1. The Collaboration This agreement is between Jameelah Tramble ("Cocoa") and the person/s who book this appointment online through a deposit payment. The Style: I will provide the customized braid or faux loc style we discussed, using the specific products listed in your booking. The Standard: My work is based on my unique personal brand; please use my previous portfolio as the only reference for the quality and style you can expect. 2. Payment & Deposits The Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of is required as a retainer for your service and hair extensions. The Balance: The remaining balance is due in CASH before your appointment begins. 3. Our "No-Refund" Policy Final Sale: All payments are final. No refunds or hair exchanges will be issued for dissatisfaction. Communication is Key: Please share all questions or feedback during the service. I will walk you through the process, let you inspect the hair extensions, and give you time to examine the finished look before you leave. The 7-Day Grace Period: If you notice a technical issue after leaving, please contact me within 7 days. I will happily correct the work at no extra charge. After 7 days, maintenance becomes the client’s responsibility. 4. Cancellations & "No-Shows" Client Cancellation: If you cancel with at least 3 days' notice, I will mail any purchased hair extensions to your address. Provider Cancellation: If I must cancel with at least 3 days' notice, you may choose between a full refund or receiving the hair extensions. No-Shows: If you do not show up without notice, the deposit is forfeited to cover booth rent, products, and lost time. You will also lose future booking privileges. 5. Media & Photo Release I love showcasing my clients! By signing this agreement, you grant Jameelah Tramble ("Cocoa") and Bossy Only permission to take high-quality photos and videos of the completed service. Usage: These images may be used for social media (Instagram, TikTok), marketing materials, or portfolio displays. Waiver: You understand that you will not receive financial compensation for the use of these images, and you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product before it is posted. Privacy: If you prefer not to have your face shown, please let me know during the "Final Walkthrough," and I will focus the photos only on the artistry of the braids. 6. Professional Agreement By paying your invoice, you agree to these terms, for this and future bookings.
