Final Sale & No Cancellations: Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our hair extensions, all orders are final sale. Once an order is placed and the custom production process begins, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Production Timelines: These exclusive hair braiding curls are ethically sourced and produced individually for Bossy Only. We provide estimated production windows for each made-to-order item to ensure consistent product satisfaction. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept these specialized timeframes.

• Accuracy & Descriptions: We strive for complete transparency in our product descriptions. Please review all product details, lengths, and textures carefully before purchasing, as Bossy Only cannot offer refunds for misunderstandings of provided information or dissatisfaction with a correctly fulfilled custom order.

• Agreement of Terms: By completing your purchase and providing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all company policies, product terms, and conditions.

Crafted for the 1 of 1's: Processing and Production Standards

• Payment processing take up 2 days , once your payment processes, so does your order. Paypal payments are delivered immediately, every other payment take atleast 1 business day to process.

Standard Production Window: All raw braiding hair extensions are handcrafted with precision within our partnering factory and require up to 10 business days for production. 

• No Expedited Orders: To ensure the integrity and quality of every set, we do not offer "rush" or expedited production services.

• Commitment to the Timeline: We kindly ask that you confirm this timeframe aligns with your needs prior to purchase, as production begins immediately upon payment processing.

Stay Informed: Order Status & Communication

• Automated Updates: If your order hasn't shipped by the 7th business day, you will receive an update on where your order is in the production process.

• Status Inquiries: To allow our team to focus entirely on fulfillment and production, we ask that you wait until you receive an update email on the 7th business day before inquiring about your order.

This timeframe is  an estimates, your order could ship out faster, and it is very rare that your order will take longer than 10 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Logistics

• Transit Time: Once production is complete, please allow 3–5 business days for domestic delivery via your selected courier.

• Transfer of Responsibility: Upon the issuance of a tracking number and the transfer of the package to the carrier (USPS or other couriers), Bossy Only is no longer financially responsible for the order.

• Courier Inquiries: All inquiries regarding transit delays, GPS tracking, or delivery issues must be directed to the shipping courier.
