All orders are handcrafted and packaged within our partner facility.

• Payment Processing: Please allow 1–2 business days for standard secure payment processing (PayPal transactions process immediately). Your production window begins as soon as payment clears.

• Production Timeline: Raw Hair Weft Extensions are avaliable to ship within 5-7 business days (Factory does not work on weekends). 

• Timeline Commitment: We kindly request that you ensure this timeframe aligns with your schedule prior to purchasing, as custom production begins immediately after payment clears.

• Automated Milestones: If your order is delayed for any reason and has not yet shipped by the 7th business day, you will receive a status update email detailing exactly where your hair is in the production phase.

• Status Inquiries: To keep our team dedicated to fulfillment, we kindly ask that you await the full 7 business days before reaching out regarding order status. While our timelines are structured estimates, orders frequently arrive before the estimated arrival, if not, on time.

Shipping delivery 

• Transit Time: Once your order is shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 2–3 business days via premium courier tracking.

• Carrier Responsibility: Upon issuance of your tracking number and handoff to the courier (USPS/FedEx), the package becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Bossy Only is not liable for transit delays, routing errors, or delivery issues; all such inquiries should be directed to the selected shipping courier using your tracking information.

Once your order is finalized and enters our specialized production pipeline, it cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded.
