Final Sale & No Cancellations

Due to the personalized of each order, all custom orders are final sale. Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be changed, canceled or refunded.

Production Timelines

Faux Loc Extensions can take up to 21 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, and don't include holidays. Please respect the timeframes.

Custom artistry takes time. We provide estimated production windows for each item and by placing your order, you acknowledge and accept these timeframes.

Please review all product details and specifications carefully before purchasing, as Bossy Only cannot offer refunds for misunderstandings of provided information or dissatisfaction with a correctly fulfilled custom order.

Production Standards

Standard Production Window

All custom faux loc extensions are handcrafted by Bossy Only.

Keep in mind, this is a tedious, intricate process with precision and personal techniques. All faux loc orders require up to 21 business days for production. Business days don't include weekends or holidays.

Expedited Orders (Synthetic Faux Loc Styles with Human Hair Curls)

If you're interested in receiving your order in half the time, you can purchase an expedited order and receive your order in up to 10 Days (expedited orders include weekends/and or holidays) or less. You can request an expedited order for this style for an additional fee.

Commitment to the Timeline

We kindly ask that you confirm this timeframe aligns with your needs prior to purchase, as production begins immediately upon order placement. All inquiries about the shipping of your product will be redirected to this Production and Shipping Timeframe section.

You can calculate your estimated delivery date by adding 21 business days to the following business day after your order date.( do not inlcude the actual date you ordered as payments process the following business day, Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays). This is the best way to figure out when your order will ship.

Shipping & Delivery Logistics

Transit Time:

Once production is complete, please allow 3–5 business days for domestic delivery via your selected courier.

Transfer of Responsibility

Upon the issuance of a tracking number and the transfer of the package to the carrier (USPS or other couriers), Bossy Only is no longer financially responsible for the order.

All inquiries regarding transit delays, GPS tracking, or delivery issues must be directed to the shipping courier.
